Newly listed homes for the period of December 16th through December 31st totaled 121 Lakeland homes recently came on the market. The average sales price of Lakeland homes listed with area Realtors® for decreased to $197,553 from my previous report.

The news ran through Twitter this afternoon. A candidate for the Lakeland City Commission was served a search warrant at his home. Readers of Lakeland Local can figure out whose home was searched. Inside we have a play-by-play of the 3038 Cleveland Heights Blvd property deeds registered in Polk County since January 2004. Also, some pertinent information about D. Scott Heineman and Kurt F. Johnson, two men once listed as trustees for the Goetz Family Trust.
