May 7th, 2012 10:28 pm | by Wayne KoehlerAnderson Hildago’s grand slam highlighted a six-run fifth inning for Ft. Myers as the Miracle downed Lakeland 12-3 on Monday. The Flying Tigers took a 2-0 lead in the first on a triple by Nick Castellanos and a single by James Robbins. After the Miracle tied the game at 2-all in the second, Lakeland again took the lead in the fifth on Edgar Corcino’s first home run of the season. Fort Myers answered with their six-run fifth and added four more runs in the bottom of the eighth. Castellanos, Robbins and Hernan Perez each had two hits for Lakeland. The Flying Tigers open a four-game homestand against the Palm Beach Cardinals Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
