I was reading the Downtown Lakeland Partnership newsletter while chowing down at Palace Pizza this past Monday. I will admit I hadn’t been to downtown Lakeland in a while and wanted to catch up on what has been happening. As I was flipping through all of the articles I noticed Pics on the Promenade was returning this weekend to Lake Mirror. I then turned the page and started looking at all this stuff happening…THIS weekend. I thought, wow, I should write about this in case someone hasn’t made plans yet. Downtown Lakeland will be hopping this weekend. Don’t miss it!
If I missed something, which I’m sure I have, then add in a comment!

Cat,
Thanks for sharing this event schedule! We do have events going on in Lakeland and they need more visibility. Sometimes, its hard to find out what’s going on here.
The Downtown Lakeland Partnership has done a good job of promoting the city center. I;ve really enjoyed attending the First Friday events. Would like to attend more events here rather than traveling to Orlando or Tampa.
I appreciate being able to find lists of what’s happening here easily.
