We in Volusia are getting a small toe of this thing hung over into our county so they can suck $ from Volusia County taxpayers too. It is illogical how "committed" our Council Chairman Frank Bruno is to this thing when we will receive no benefit from it. I would question its net benefit even if it came all the way to Daytona Beach but at the tiny bit we get ya got to call BS on it as is for us in Volusia.
