Last week, 74 homes came new on market. The average price of the homes that came on market is $244,925 with an average size of 1,999 square feet. The highest priced home listed is for $2,550,000, a new construction built by Duane McQuillen, located in the Crescent Subdivision.
Of the 74 homes newly listed, 21 homes are distressed properties with an average price of $149,333. Also new on market are 5 Condos with an average price of $183,760; 4 mobile homes that pricing is average at $64,600 and 65 single family homes with an average price of $260,726.
