		<description>Well, the Christian Coalition-Polk County branch did put the train issue on its questionnaire, though they thought the issue was the bullet train and not commuter/freight rail. But, then, that&#039;s a different wing of the Republican Party. Maybe you can to subscribe to their e-mail alerts.</description>

		<description>Once again, another insightful look at the political machine from our friend BT.  We all know that there is a great deal of jostling behind the scenes as the political process creeps forward, churning out laws, resolutions and ordinances.  I was listening to NPR yesterday and a woman being interviewed said, &quot;It is good to be a Democrat again.  I don&#039;t have to hide my political affiliation any longer.&quot;  No matter what your affiliation, get out and vote and don&#039;t vote the party line - vote for the candidate that you feel will do the best job for our community, state and country.</description>
